Production Supervisor
Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with prior manufacturing experience. The successful candidate will have scheduling experience and be knowledgeable with daily workflow.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:- Client Price Quotes.
- Entering Client Orders.
- Customer Service.
- Processing timesheets for plant employees.
- Hiring and firing with Plant Manager cucurrence.
- Serve as an intermediary between plant personnel and the Plant Manager.
- Ordering of materials & supplies for production.
- Scheduling orders for production.
- Maintain quality standards and procedures, to ensure compliance with quality assurance polilcies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual - English & Spanish.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is important).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Manufacturing experience.
