Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Designer - Structural Steel Detailer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed structural designs and models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. This role requires a strong background in structural steel detailing and proficiency in industry-standard software. Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed structural steel drawings and models using Revit, Tekla, and Advanced Steel.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Review and interpret project specifications and blueprints to ensure compliance with design standards.
- Perform quality checks on detailed drawings and models for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues and provide support during the construction phase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or similar preferred
- Proven experience in structural steel detailing and design.
- Proficiency in Revit, Tekla, and Advanced Steel software.
- Strong understanding of steel design principles and construction methods.
