Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Pennsauken, NJ
Job Type: Direct Hire / Exempt
Compensation: $115,000 annually + bonus potential

An Addison Group client is looking for an HRBP!
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Corporate leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
• Guide Directors and VPs on employee relations matters, performance concerns, and complex workplace situations
• Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, succession strategy, and organizational design efforts
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned business units, including intake meetings, candidate evaluation, and offer development
• Analyze hiring trends, turnover data, and workforce metrics to inform decision-making and improve retention
• Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
• Provide interpretation of HR policies and employment practices while mitigating organizational risk
• Support change management initiatives tied to growth, restructuring, or process improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR operations to ensure seamless onboarding, compliance, and training execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct partnership with senior leadership
• Demonstrated experience handling employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
• Experience supporting a business unit such as Sales, Corporate, Operations, or similar environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing turnover data and workforce trends
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at the Director and VP level
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/payroll systems and applicant tracking systems preferred
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
