Crew Chief / Technician / Lead / General Labor! Urgently hiring!

We are seeking a reliable Demolition and Mitigation Technician to join our team in the construction and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold. As a key member of our team, you will help restore homes to their pre-damage condition, ensuring customer satisfaction with high-quality service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold.

• Work effectively as part of a collaborative team , successfully completing mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure that each project is completed within the established timeframe, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction .

• Operate a wide range of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipment .

• Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics.

• Follow directions from Crew Chiefs and adhere to all safety guidelines and established procedures .

• Maintain punctuality and reliability in all job duties.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to work overtime as required.

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.

• Experience in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation , or carpentry is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions .

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team .

• Previous experience in construction or restoration is an advantage.

• Punctuality and reliability are critical in this role.

• Must be able to work overtime as needed and be flexible with a rotating schedule that may include some holiday work.
