- Accounts Payable Management.
- Payment Applications and Billing Support.
- Subcontractor Compliance & Documentation.
- Public Agency & Certified Payroll Compliance.
- Coordination with Project Management & Purchasing.
- Documentation & Process Management.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in construction accounting or accounts payable.
- Experience with public works and certified payroll compliance.
- Experience using construction accounting or project managment systems.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of compliance standards accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset .
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
