An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist to support a closed-door, long-term care (LTC) facility in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This direct-hire position offers the chance to apply your pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced setting focused on high-quality medication management and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and final medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided)
• Conduct thorough medication checks to ensure accuracy and safety
• Oversee pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and compliance
• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions

Schedule:

• Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00pm 2:30am
• Rotating every other weekend schedule includes:
  • Saturday and Sunday shifts from either 11:00am 9:00pm or 1:00pm 10:00pm

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license required
• Demonstrated pharmacy experience, ideally in high-volume environments
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with approximately 600 prescriptions daily
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new software technology
