Mid Shift: 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30). Call required 2 times per schedule.

Job Description

This position requires an experienced operating room nurse with the ability to both circulate and scrub. The role will involve working in a Level 2 Trauma Center with a diverse patient mix involving various specialties except Open Heart. Robotic and ENT experience is required, along with skills in orthopedics, vascular, general, thoracic, and neuro procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform circulating and scrubbing duties in the operating room
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety during surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams across various specialties

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of current acute care OR experience
• Active New Jersey or Compact nursing license required at the time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Completion of scrub and circulate skills checklist required
