Front Desk Concierge - Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends)

Our team is passionate about delivering service with integrity, respect, and empathy. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents, family members, visitors, and vendors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Assist residents with general needs such as placing meal orders when residents call down an order, managing service requests, and providing directions or assistance with special requests.
- Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage resident & visitor sign-in, sign-out, and visitor passes.
- Handle inquiries regarding resident well-being, escalating concerns to appropriate staff as needed.
- Assist in coordinating deliveries, mail distribution, and other logistical tasks.
- Support the overall operations of the community, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
- Alert the staff of any active pendant or pullcord alarms and clear in the appropriate time frame according to company policy
- Ensure that all doors are securely locked and properly secured at the end of each shift.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling resident and family information.
