Reach Operator

Now Hiring: Freezer Warehouse Operator Are you looking for a physically active role where your precision and efficiency make a real difference? We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our team.

Please Note: This position is primarily based in a freezer environment. We provide the necessary gear to keep you comfortable, but you must be prepared to thrive in cold-storage conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Load & Unload: Efficiently operate forklifts and other approved equipment to load and unload delivery trucks.

• Product Prep: Pick products, build pallets, wrap skids, and stage them for seamless shipping.

• Inventory Management: Properly place received materials in designated areas and complete all necessary inventory control paperwork and pull sheets with high accuracy.

• Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict inventory accuracy by adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methods to ensure product integrity.

• Facility Upkeep: Keep our workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Stamina: You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and have the endurance to spend 4 hours on your feet without a break.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Job description: Cold Storage Experience Required

-Loading and unloading trucks using forklift, or other approved equipment

-Picking products, loading on pallets and wrapping skids, staging pallets

-Placing received materials in designated warehouse areas

-Completing necessary inventory control paperwork and pull sheets

-Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse

-Responsible for proper handling and storage of products, maintaining inventory

accuracy, and adhering to FIFO and FEFO (expiration) methods for storing and

shipping products

-PLEASE NOTE, THIS POSITION IS PRIMARILY BASED IN A FREEZER

-Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and spend 4 hours on their feet

without a break.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 4 hours at one time
