This is a great opportunity for an experienced TOOL ROOM MACHINIST CNC PROGRAMMER WITH MASTERCAM, MIKRON MILL VMC with at least 3 years of experience including the current role.
Job Description:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., Mikron Mill S 500, Haas VM2)
- Hard milling or high-speed machining
- Machining hardened tool steels and graphite electrodes
- Independent setup and operation for complex, multi-operation parts
Requirements:
- Background in tool room environments, mold making, or mold components with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong CNC programming and setup skills
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines (e.g., Mikron Mill S 500, Haas VM2)
- Background in tool room environments, mold making, or mold components
- Additional training or certifications is helpful though not required
- Be permanently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship of any type at any time as none is nor will be available
- Able to commute on a consistent basis to the Paterson/Newark, NJ, area.
