Position Overview

We are seeking energetic, professional, and self-motivated Merchandising Representatives to help expand brand visibility and awareness in local retail locations. This role involves visiting smoke shops, convenience stores, food marts, and gas stations to introduce products, build relationships with store owners and managers, secure product placements, and ensure marketing materials are displayed prominently.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with business owners, and has experience in customer service, promotions, brand marketing, or retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned smoke shops, convenience stores, food marts, and gas stations within designated territories.

• Present and promote company products to store owners and managers.

• Secure placement of promotional materials, including posters, stickers, and other marketing signage.

• Distribute product samples and educate retailers on product benefits and features.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners.

• Verify product placement and marketing visibility within stores.

• Photograph product displays, shelf placements, promotional signage, and storefronts.

• Upload photos, visit reports, and store information into the company database.

• Track and report store feedback, inventory observations, and promotional opportunities.

• Maintain professional representation of the brand at all times.

QualificationsRequired

• Must be 21 years of age or older .

• Must have reliable transportation, a running vehicle, and a valid driver’s license.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, promotions, merchandising, brand ambassador, or sales roles .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.

• Comfortable approaching store owners, managers, and decision-makers.

• Ability to use a smartphone for photos, reporting, and data entry.

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred

• Experience in field marketing, merchandising, brand promotion, or retail sales.

• Familiarity with convenience store, smoke shop, or gas station environments.

• Experience using mobile reporting applications or CRM systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and travel between multiple locations daily.

• Ability to lift and carry promotional materials and sample products as needed.
