**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols within the distribution center.
+ Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors entering or exiting the facility to support site-specific access control policies.
+ Provide customer service by assisting individuals with directions, information, and security-related procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and client requirements.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to observe and report on security-related matters.
+ Document and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or security-related incidents according to established procedures.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.
+ Perform additional security-related duties as assigned by Allied Universal management or site leadership.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
