About the role

We are looking for a Lead Analyst who will work on a broad range of data analytics, data visualization and business intelligence problems across a variety of functions within Reckitt.

Your responsibilities

  • Engage with Business to understand their business context
  • Understand business processes and map the complete process in visual formats.
  • Responsible for designing, supporting development and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making across domains and application areas
  • Manage a team of data analysts and Power BI Engineers to deliver solutions for Business.
  • Collaborate with a team of data scientists and engineers to embed AI and analytics into the business decision processes.

The experience we're looking for

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business processes and translate them into tech solutions
  • Perform quantitative analysis and interpret results
  • Collaborate on data modeling for Power BI integration
  • Drive Power BI adoption through usage assessment and training
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs
  • Maintain documentation for data models, specs, and user guides
  • Provide ongoing support and performance tuning for Power BI reports
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Add value through storyboarding and business engagement

Education & Experience

  • 7-10 years in analytics with a focus on problem-solving and advanced solutions
  • Degree in Engineering, MBA, or advanced studies in Math/Statistics (or equivalent)

US salary ranges

USD $109,000.00 - $163,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
