Overview

Actlien Property Management LLC is expanding its in-house construction and property services capabilities and is seeking an experienced New Jersey-licensed Electrical Contractor to serve as the qualifying licensee and hands-on team leader. This position offers the stability of a structured, well-capitalized company combined with the opportunity to build and shape an electrical division.

The Role

As the Master HVACR Contractor and Qualifying Licensee, you will:

● Hold and maintain the New Jersey Master HVACR Contractor License required for the

company’s business permit.

● Supervise, train, and work alongside technicians and apprentices to complete heating,

ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration projects safely, efficiently, and to code.

● Hire or train another licensed HVACR contractor or senior technician to meet the

company’s growing workload.

● Oversee all HVACR work performed on company-owned properties and third-party

service calls.

● Collaborate with a dedicated operations team that schedules and coordinates jobs—your

focus is on executing and leading the work while reporting any inconsistencies or field

issues.

● Ensure all work complies with the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, HVACR

Board regulations, and company safety protocols.

Ideal Background

● Active New Jersey Master HVACR Contractor License in good standing, qualified to

serve as the licensee of record for the business permit.

● Demonstrated experience supervising HVAC technicians and mentoring apprentices.

● Strong technical knowledge of system design, installation, repair, and code compliance.

● Reliable, organized, and team-oriented, with strong communication and leadership skills.

● Clean driving record and willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.

● Drug screening may be required initially and on an ongoing basis.
