Position Type: Full-Time (30 hours/week)
Pay Range: $20–$23/hour (biweekly pay)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Split Shift
7:00 am – 9:00 am & 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, organized Site Director to lead our program at Eisenhower Elementary. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and developing staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a safe and engaging experience for students.

This role requires consistent availability for both the morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday, to ensure continuity of care for students and staff.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on involvement, with clear pathways for growth as our organization expands. Billing and tuition are managed separately, allowing you to focus on what matters most-your team, your students, and your program.

Qualifications (NJ Licensing Requirements)
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Associate degree or 60 college credits
• At least 2 years of experience working with children in a group setting

Additional requirements:
• Completion of state-mandated training (health & safety, child development, supervision) within 9 months of hire

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and supervise program staff
• Ensure daily operations meet NJ DCF licensing standards
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and ratio requirements
• Build strong relationships with school leadership and families
• Manage site-level documentation and administrative tasks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the program
