An established, high-volume upscale restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

We are a fast-paced, hospitality-driven operation with a strong food, beverage, and service culture. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, organized, hospitality-focused, and thrives in an energetic restaurant environment.

This role is best suited for a leader who enjoys being present on the floor, developing teams, maintaining service standards, and driving operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and service execution

• Lead and support FOH teams including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff

• Maintain strong guest experience and hospitality standards

• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift management

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness

• Coach staff through active floor leadership

• Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively

• Support management with opening/closing procedures and daily operations

• Maintain service standards during high-volume periods

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required

• Experience in high-volume upscale or polished casual restaurants preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Hospitality-driven mindset with strong floor presence

• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure

• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
