Responsibilities
- High energy position
- Ensure that every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience.
- Serve as primary support to Assistant Managers, Trainers, and Sales Team.
- Answer all incoming calls, schedule appointments, and collect payment for services.
- Drive service and retail awareness and understanding through individual and designed promotions.
- Assist the Sales Team to consistently increase guest retention and service sales and maintain minimum retail sales goals.
- Assist coaching staff with the cleanliness and sanitation of the equipment before and after class.
- Assist in the maintenance of boxing equipment and club.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experienced front desk at gym/health club
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the gym/salon/spa or retail industry preferred
- Passion and commitment to living a healthy way of life
- This part-time position requires 16-20 hours per week
