The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance such as lube, oil, and filter changes, and conduct multipoint vehicle inspections. Job Requirement:Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.Valid driver's license and compliance with company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) policies.Possession of a local state inspection license is preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.Capable of safely lifting up to 100 pounds.Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and operate tools and equipment.Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed.Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.Safe operation of equipment and vehicle movement when required.Key CompetenciesLeadership: Demonstrates ethical behavior and promotes teamwork.Compliance: Adheres to company policies and relevant state and federal laws.Customer Service: Provides excellent, fair, and efficient service.Ethics and Integrity: Maintains professionalism and trustworthiness.Oral Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally.Planning and Organizing: Effectively prioritizes tasks and manages time.Quality: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all responsibilities.Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and responsive to management.Safety and Security: Follows safety procedures and properly uses equipment.
