Funeral Home Office Secretary
Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Greet and assist occasional onsite guests Managing the company's EMail Processing payments Keeping inventory and managing office supplies Creating files, documents, taking clients information & data entry Maintain confidentiality of personal information Perform all other office tasks Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Computer knowledge & skills Customer service skills and the ability to handle requests and/or complaints in a professional manner Experience in the funeral business is a plus, but not required 5 Paid Sick Days
Health Insurance
2 Weeks Paid Vacation, after one year.
Salary is negotiable, based on experience. Contact with deceased persons is not required or necessary to perform job.
