We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor with exceptional customer service skills who is self-motivated, willing to multi-task, is hungry to earn, and willing to evolve and improve. Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive considerate, prompt, and enthusiastically effective service
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and clientele
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments
- Achieve and consistently maintain top notch customer satisfaction
- Achieve and maintain department and manufacturer production goals
- Communicate exceptionally to technicians and customers
- Understand automotive language to effectively resolve problems under time pressure
- Handle administrative and customer relations aspects of the service department
- Uphold high ethical standards
- Maintain manufacturer training requirements
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School graduate or equivalent
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Maintain high productivity and high quality work
- Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications and adhere to documentation requirements
- Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions that require bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
- General Motors experience is preferred but not required
Our service advisors enjoy 5 day work weeks 7:30AM-5PM, CLOSED ON WEEKENDS!
