We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor with exceptional customer service skills who is self-motivated, willing to multi-task, is hungry to earn, and willing to evolve and improve. Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive considerate, prompt, and enthusiastically effective service
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and clientele
• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
• Achieve and consistently maintain top notch customer satisfaction
• Achieve and maintain department and manufacturer production goals
• Communicate exceptionally to technicians and customers
• Understand automotive language to effectively resolve problems under time pressure
• Handle administrative and customer relations aspects of the service department
• Uphold high ethical standards
• Maintain manufacturer training requirements

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School graduate or equivalent
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Maintain high productivity and high quality work
• Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications and adhere to documentation requirements
• Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions that require bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
• General Motors experience is preferred but not required
