**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
+ Monitor access to the residential location by verifying identification and managing visitor logs.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
+ Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address inquiries and/or concerns.
+ Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to Allied Universal procedures.
+ Support Allied Universal and client staff in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment at the front desk area.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
