We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Steward to support a high-impact data management initiative. This role requires a strong background in data stewardship, including experience with data quality review, documentation, business process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities:Create and validate documentation from various sources to develop data dictionaries and business process flows.
Perform data analysis and assist in identifying, developing, and monitoring data quality metrics.
Build an understanding of data flows from source systems to reporting and analytics layers.
Manage and maintain the Strategic Tender Dashboard process, including data feeds and quality checks.
Support new data initiatives and projects, including drafting business cases and defining requirements.
Track, prioritize, and manage data-related projects and deliverables.
Lead working sessions and regularly present progress to stakeholders.
3–5 years of experience in a Data Steward, Data Quality Analyst, or similar data-centric role.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data governance, metadata management, business data modeling, and reporting.
Proficiency in translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Understanding of data sources, transformation rules, and their application in business processes.
Bachelor's degree required.
Ability to navigate and integrate data from multiple sources and documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Analytical skills to assess the impact of data on business processes.
Ability to lead meetings and facilitate collaboration across teams.
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and concepts.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and MDM best practices.
