Assembler Entry-Level Opportunity in Manufacturing

What You'll Do

You'll work as part of a production team to build high-quality cable assemblies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing basic job paperwork and documentation
• Operating equipment such as lathes, welders, presses, grinders, cable cutters, swagers, and packaging tools
• Inspecting parts visually and by touch to ensure quality
• Recording materials used for each job
• Performing simple testing on assembled parts
• Packaging and labeling finished products
• Reporting any issues so they can be addressed quickly.
• This role gives you hands-on experience with real manufacturing processesideal for someone looking to build a long-term career.

What Helps You Succeed

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• Experience with assembly or inspection (a plus, not required)
• Comfort using hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and document your work
• Interest in learning how to troubleshoot manufacturing issues
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with GMP or medical device manufacturing is helpful but not required.

Schedule

First shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:30 PM

Optional Saturday overtime: 8:00 AM3:00 PM, based on production needs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
