Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their relocation needs, ensuring that their belongings are transported safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Duties
- Load and unload furniture and other items from trucks or vans.
- Safely transport items to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the moving process.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed, ensuring that all belongings are handled with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both the vehicle and job sites.
- Follow designated routes for efficient delivery of items.
Skills
- Proficiency in heavy lifting techniques to safely move large or bulky items.
- Familiarity with load unloading procedures to ensure safe handling of goods.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients during the moving process.
- Capability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
