As a Product Delivery Manager in Treasury Services, USD Clearing, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Partners with Product Management, Client Service's, Implementations, and Operations to capture requirements, map pain points, and translate them into prioritized product outcomes
- Produces product & design artifacts: BRDs/epics, journey maps, workflow diagrams, operating model changes, and client-facing value propositions
- Owns delivery for roadmap initiatives: scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and release planning
- Ensure end-to-end delivery across technology and operational teams, including integration, testing strategy environment readiness
- Ensures solutions support full payments lifecycle: initiation, validation/enrichment, routing, screening, posting/settlement, reconciliation, reporting, returns, investigations, and client notification
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Strong knowledge of payments rails and operating models (e.g., Wires, RTP/FedNow, Swift/cross-border, treasury payment APIs)
- Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed, regulated environment with senior stakeholder management
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on solution design, delivery planning, and production launch readiness
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience with ISO 20022, payment message formats, payment orchestration, and API platforms
- Familiarity with screening/fraud controls, investigations/returns, reconciliation, and operational tooling
