Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Moundville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM evening shift .
As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) , you'll provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation community while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding, resident-centered care. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality resident care.
- Maintain accurate electronic nursing documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Educate residents and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care plans.
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns appropriately.
- Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
