Creative Director

RhythMedix is looking for a talented Creative Director to join our innovative Creative team. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the creative vision for our medical equipment products, driving impactful design solutions that enhance user experience and engagement.

As our Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and guiding creative projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience and reflect our commitment to quality and innovation in the medical equipment industry.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Develop and execute innovative concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align creative vision
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
• Oversee the design process from ideation to final production
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation
• Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the medical equipment or related industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and campaigns
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
