Store Supervisor
Position Summary:
The store supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Naisnow, ensuring excellent customer service, consistent product quality, smooth workflow, and strong team performance. This role leads front-line staff during each shift, maintains store standards, solves customer and operational issues, and supports management in achieving sales and service goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead staff during daily shifts
- Ensure drinks, pastries, and desserts meet quality and presentation standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist GM with daily tasks and make sure staff is following SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Support sales growth through upselling and team motivation, as well as ensure store follows company policies and operating procedures.
- Report equipment issue3s, maintenance needs, and supply shortages
- Help create a positive, energetic, and teamwork-focused work environment.
Requirements:
- 1-year previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of inventory control skill: FIFO
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- General flexibility to cover all shifts, and weekends
- Chinese bilingual preferred
- A valid NJ Food Handler Certificate is required
