AV Installation & Service Technician

They're hiring a skilled and motivated AV Installation and Service Technician to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on elite commercial projects where attention to detail and customer service truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and service AV systems in commercial environments, including LCD displays, Direct View LEDs, speakers, media players, and control systems
• Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs
• Pull and terminate cabling (HDMI, CAT6, speaker wire, etc.), including conduit work
• Perform system testing, configuration, software loading, and final tuning
• Deliver outstanding customer support—both over the phone and in person
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on AV installation and field service experience (commercial projects)
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills across a range of AV hardware and systems
• Familiarity with AV signal flow, control systems, and structured cabling
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, customer-facing settings
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to doing the job right the first time

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must provide your own basic hand tools
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Willing to travel locally and occasionally out of town for projects
• OSHA 30 certification a plus

Salary:
Tier 1: 22.00 - 23.00 per hour
Tier 2: 26.00 -30.00 per hour

Salary is commensurate with experience
