OTX Platform Architect

Akkodis is seeking an OTX Platform Architect for a Contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ(Remote). The architect will lead end‑to‑end platform modernization efforts and design high‑availability solution architectures while guiding migration from legacy composition systems.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

OTX Platform Architect job responsibilities include:

• Lead the modernization and migration of in‑house document composition capabilities to the OpenText Exstream platform.

• Architect, install, and configure the Exstream platform to support batch, real‑time, interactive, and omni‑channel communication delivery.

• Analyze business and customer requirements to design scalable, high‑availability solution architectures and integration workflows.

• Oversee and guide technical teams—including Exstream and partner resources—through implementation, migration, and performance tuning activities.

• Integrate Exstream with CRM systems, custom applications, and various delivery channels while ensuring optimized logging, orchestration, and error handling.

• Conduct client workshops, provide technical leadership, and support ongoing platform enhancements, including template redesign and system performance optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience working with OpenText Exstream, CCM platforms, and large‑scale solution architecture.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing high‑availability Exstream solutions, including installation, configuration, integration, and performance tuning.

• Strong experience leading Exstream modernization/migration projects and integrating Exstream with CRM systems, custom applications, and omni‑channel delivery platforms.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
