Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent clients in matrimonial law cases, including divorce, child custody, property division, and spousal support.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy to clients during emotionally charged times.
• Draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court hearings.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in matrimonial/family law.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
• Strong desire to work in a collaborative, client-focused boutique firm.

Experience
The successful candidate will have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association in good standing.
• Experience or coursework in Family Law is preferred.
• Strong legal research skills and proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
