The Massage Therapy Group LLC is a growing private practice. We pride ourselves on friendly service and quality therapeutic massage experiences. Our clients seek us out for pain relief and help to maintain peak performance. We are not a spa!

It’s a practice for massage therapists by a massage therapist. Our goal is to provide a great work environment, better pay and superior training for massage therapists who are ready to up their game or for seasoned professionals who want to do the work that’s best for the client beyond ‘the routine’.

We offer:

• The freedom to work by appointment based on the schedule that works for you.
• Generous Commissions + Tips : 48%-59% of massage fee based on the massage hours you do per week.
• Promotion Opportunities from Associate Therapist ($47.04 - $57.82 for a 1 hour massage) to Senior Therapist* ($55.20 - $67.85 for a 1 hour massage) as your skills grow. *Our senior therapists are booked out 3-4+ weeks (4/2023).
• Group and Individual Training by a 30 year NMT veteran and 20 year massage instructor.

The ideal applicant has strong hands, a kind heart and an openness and commitment to learn!

Our therapists: keep client notes in our system, handle client payments, reschedule clients if they don't schedule online, maintain income records in house, provide their own sheets and oil, collectively we keep an eye on items like TP and paper towels and help each other out as needed.

We provide: lift tables, ample treatment rooms, in house training, clients, work shirts with the company logo and a pleasant, low key, supportive work environment. In addition: access to health insurance (employee paid), access to discounted supplemental insurance (employee paid), possible bonuses, sick pay in compliance with NJ state law and in 2023 we’re planning to add a Simple IRA retirement plan.
