Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team in the Atrium Professional division. As a key player, you will report to the Accounting Manager and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with Nestlé's policies. This role demands sharp analytical skills, an unwavering attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.
Responsibilities:
- Support month-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of intercompany accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Nestlé's accounting policies
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree a plus
- 1+ year of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with JDE is a plus!

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
The approximate pay range for this position is $48,000- $55,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
