- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems are beneficial.
