Cashier
Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries and sandwiches Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
