Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Nurse Coordinator Critical Care plays a crucial leadership role within a dynamic healthcare team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a high-acuity environment. Key responsibilities include managing evening shift operations of the critical care unit, developing and updating care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating training sessions to maintain clinical excellence. This is a full time evening shift position, scheduled 1:00pm - 11:00pm.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Degree from an accredited Nursing program
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York or ability to obtain upon hire
• Prior leadership experience a critical care or similar clinical setting
