Behavior Technician (BT) - Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team at Imagination ABA Therapy. About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour

• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred

• RBT certification a plus, but not required

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Ability to pass background checks
