Job Description:
Responsible for RFP review and risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities for assigned contracts/programs
+ Serves as the primary communication conduit between L3Harris and the respective customers.
+ Provides proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer requirements.
+ Analyzes material estimates, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Works with cross-functional team to prepare proposals and approvals
Prepares and conducts negotiations.
+ Thinks critically, problem-solves and works independently.
+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a team environment.
+ Multi-tasks and determines priorities while working on multiple assignments.
+ Negotiates contract terms and conditions with commercial, international and US Government customers.
+ Champions change management process with internal and external team.
+ Advises management of contractual rights and obligations.
+ Clearly presents information to broad audience, inclusive of management.
+ Tra vels, and works extended hours, as needed.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
+ Experience managing business with external customers, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, RFP review, and administration.
+ Experience handling pre-award and post-award activities end-to-end.
+ US Citizenship required with a bility to obtain US clearance.
+ Ability and willingness to travel, and work extended hours, as needed.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
