Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay based on experience: $25–$50/hour
• Performance-based sales bonus potential; high performers typically earn total compensation between $90,000 and $160,000

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll provide residential service and repair at a high level—diagnosing problems accurately, explaining options clearly, and ensuring every customer feels informed and respected. You’ll:

• Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues, including complex service calls
• Spot potential issues to prevent breakdowns and callbacks
• Present multiple solution options and keep customers updated throughout the visit
• Educate homeowners on best-value choices and service agreements
• Know your service metrics and take ownership of revenue goals

What You Bring

• Strong residential plumbing know-how
• Relevant state licenses and certifications
• Expert familiarity with safety standards and local plumbing codes
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Fluent in English

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is a physically intensive role. Expect regular standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, reaching, and working in hot/cold environments (including crawl spaces). You should be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle tasks requiring close vision and focus. Work occurs outdoors across seasons and varies based on scope.
