Warehouse Equipment Operator – Reach Truck & Forklift
Location: Sayreville, NJ
Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Employer: Midway Staffing
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
First week of each month may require 6 days/week. Overtime as needed.

Job Overview:

Midway Staffing is hiring experienced warehouse equipment operators for a full-time role in Sayreville, NJ. Candidates must have solid hands-on experience with a variety of powered industrial trucks and be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience with Raymond Reach Trucks

• Experience with iWarehouse systems required

• Proficient operating counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and double blade pallet jacks

• Ability to follow headset-driven picking systems (English only)

• Prior warehouse/distribution experience required

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments

• Steel-toe boots required

Important Notes:

• In-person interviews are mandatory – no exceptions

• Interviews will include equipment testing (Reach Truck & Pallet Jack)

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-Time, 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, some weekends)

• Up to $19.00 per hour

• Weekly pay through Midway Staffing
