Operation Support Assistant
Description
FreshlyDried is looking for an enthusiastic Operation Support Assistant to join our team in Harrison. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the operations of a leading company in the Food and Beverages industry. As part of our dynamic environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational processes that support our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will assist in various operational tasks, collaborating closely with different departments to enhance our workflow and efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact our operational success and help us maintain our high standards in delivering fresh and healthy products to our customers. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $135,000 annually, along with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational tasks and support team members
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational processes
- Help with inventory management and stock control
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational procedures
- Provide customer service support as needed
- Conduct data entry and maintain databases
- Support the team in project management and administrative tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
