(Tempesta) Inventory Manager
Location: Belle Mead, NJ, USA
Pay Rate: $40 - $60 per hour
Shifts:
- Part time: Evenings 2:45pm - 11:15pm (20 hours per week)
- Full time: Evenings 2:45pm - 11:15 pm (36 hours per week)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Treatment Psychiatric Unit team. In this role, you will provide safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered nursing care to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric needs. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support stabilization, recovery, and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients
- Administer medications and monitor patient response, documenting accurately and timely
- Participate in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety protocols as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, resources, and discharge needs
- Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License (active and in good standing)
- AHA BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire
- BSN in progress and/or willingness to obtain a BSN within three (3) years of hire
- Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, emergency, or inpatient settings
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
