Our studio offers a wide range of group fitness classes that keep workouts exciting, challenging, and results-driven — from high-intensity HIIT and core-focused “Butts & Guts” to full-body toning and TRX suspension training.

We’re looking for a versatile, energetic, and motivating General Fitness Instructor to join our team. If you love inspiring others and can confidently lead multiple class styles, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

The General Fitness Instructor will lead engaging, safe, and effective group classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels. This role requires a dynamic instructor who can bring enthusiasm and expertise to every session — whether it’s a sweat-filled HIIT class, a targeted strength circuit, or a focused TRX workout.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead fun, high-energy classes across multiple formats (HIIT, Butts & Guts, Full Body Toning, TRX, strength & conditioning etc.)
• Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and modifications for all fitness levels.
• Motivate and inspire members while maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere.
• Monitor participants’ form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Prepare class setups and handle equipment before and after sessions.
• Build strong relationships with members to foster community and retention.
• Stay current on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent).
• TRX certification or relevant experience (preferred).
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).
• 5+ years of group fitness teaching experience preferred, but enthusiastic new instructors are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to adapt classes for different abilities and energy levels.
