Job Title: Sr. Global Business Operations Coordinator
Location: Madison, NJ (5 Giralda Farms; 50% onsite)
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, normal business hours
Compensation: $48 - 52/hr depending on qualifications
Type: 1 year contract

Overview

The Sr. Global Business Operations Coordinator provides systems, data, analytics, and operational support across a global external manufacturing organization. This role ensures accurate master data, effective system usage, and reliable reporting while supporting scalable processes and day-to-day operational readiness in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of systems and process activities aligned to the External Supply Technology roadmap

• Manage master data collection workflows in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain)

• Serve as a support point for system-related questions, triaging issues and coordinating resolution with internal partners

• Document processes, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent and compliant system usage

• Track system enhancements, defect logs, and prioritized requests under manager direction

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and exception monitoring to improve process visibility and control

• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation across operational systems

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles using Power BI, Excel, and related tools

• Maintain data accuracy across QuickBase applications, reporting tools, and SharePoint repositories

• Provide limited administrative and logistical support as needed, including meeting coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or high school/associate degree with equivalent practical experience

• 4–7 years of experience supporting business operations, systems, data, or analytics in a matrixed environment

• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), including master data concepts and data validation

• Experience administering business tools and workflow platforms (QuickBase, Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar)

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, Six Sigma, Google Data Analytics) preferred

• Ability to travel locally up to 5–10%
