Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Prepare client invoicing through QuickBooks
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Post payments to client accounts as payments come in
- Reconcile customer accounts and generate statements
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields a must
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
