You will be responsible for managing our online store and marketing campaigns. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and driving sales through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess an ability to analyze performance metrics to ensure the growth and success of our e-commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to create targeted campaigns that engage customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and execute digital marketing initiatives across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends, optimize user experience, and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Oversee website content management using Wix, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Utilize Canva for creating visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for online campaigns.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in Wix; familiarity with CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with Canva for graphic design purposes.
• Solid understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong research skills to stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on collaboration within teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

Hybrid Work from Home- Need to be available for On-Site meetings once per week.
