What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $70,000 + Commission
- Earning potential up to $100K+ annually
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday)
- Must be able to work every Saturday

Responsibilities:
- This role will report to the Sales Director
- Provide outstanding service to determine overall flooring & design needs
- Build strong client relationships & consistent follow up with all new/existing customers
- Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom or at their home
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Gather space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project estimate for approval, collect client's payments & perform quality control throughout project
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability & ordering materials for active projects
- Use social media to create network groups
- Manage time between the showroom & prospecting for new business
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas neat, current & clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years' proven work experience in Flooring Sales, Luxury Retail Sales, Interior Design, Furniture Sales, or similar role.
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of flooring & design industry (REQUIRED)
- Basic computer, social media & math skills
- Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude
- Desire to grow a business & can work independently
- Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal, professional judgment & appearance
- Ability to respond quickly to customers' needs & wants
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of floor covering software a plus (Willing to train)
