We are seeking a Housekeeping /Janitor Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment throughout three facilities local to the Fairfield/Pine Brook NJ area.

This is a Full-Time Position with benefits

• Shift: Monday-Friday; 10:00am-6:00pm
• All applicants must agree to a background check
• All Applicants much be Authorized to work in USA.
• Must have reliable transportation to meet scheduled hours.
• Must be able to commute to multiple buildings on Campus. (min. 3 locations within close driving range)

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, replacing paper products, etc. (Includes: (General building areas and warehouse space)
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift at least 50-60 pounds (Daily task)
• Must be able to tolerate occasional exposure to high temperatures and high humidity.

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
