Sign on Bonus for New Hires! Full Time - $3,500 / Part Time - $1,750 / Per Diem - $1000

Pay Scale:

• Starting at $21.50
• Rates differ based on experience
• Weekend differential

Hours Available:

• Morning, Mid and Night shifts
• FT and PT
• 12 hr shifts

Locations:

• New Jersey - Lakewood (Home office), Pennsauken, Edison
• Delaware - Dover and Newark
• Maryland - Elkton

What You Will Be Doing:

The EMT will be working with another EMT or EMR on our BLS truck. You will be responsible for ensuring the client is safe, secure, comfortable and arrives at their destination per the guidelines with State and Federal statutes and regulations. You will be in constant contact with our dispatch team who will assign calls to you and your partner. If any issues arise, you must have clear communication with your supervisor(s), dispatch, partner and accurate charting.

Responsibilities:

• Pre and post hospital basic and life support treatment.
• Operates all vehicles safely and professionally in compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Accurately documents all patient information, vitals, facility information, etc.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicles and troubleshooting all equipment and/or supplies to ensure there are enough necessary items available.
• Ensures all certifications are kept up to date and renewed before the expiration date.

Requirements:

• NREMT and/or NJ/NY/PA EMT Certification (Must be valid)
• Valid CPR card
• If an EMT driver, min of 18 years of age and not on a probation license
• Valid clean driver’s license from the USA
• Clear Criminal History Check
• Willing to submit a Pre-Employment Screening (Drug screen, PPD and physical)
• Completing a Defensive Driving course (If driving)
• Completing Fingerprinting
• Ability to lift, bend, twist and crouch up to 150lbs

The Experience We Prefer:

• Customer service background
• Excellent communication skills
• Patient care experience
• Charting/EPRO knowledge
