Senior Data Engineer[Hybrid]

Core Responsibilities
- Data Engineering & Automation: Enhance and optimize data pipelines (about half are already automated). Work with Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark) and integrate multiple data sources (Kafka, APIs, Oracle DB, Informatica).
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Deliver executive-ready Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting suites. Heavy use of DAX, star schema modeling, real-time integrations.
- Architecture & Governance: Contribute to building out a Databricks Lakehouse, ensure data governance and security, leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Workflow Orchestration: Use Airflow / Azure Data Factory to automate pipelines and workflows.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years in data engineering/analytics, ideally in banking/financial services.
- Expert Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, schema design, real-time).
- Databricks / PySpark / SQL for scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Cloud-native tools (Azure, AWS).
- Workflow automation (Airflow, ADF).
- Strong ability to work independently under pressure.
